The Reporting section of FieldPlus offers a variety of reports that will offer current and historical data held within FieldPlus.
The reporting menu offers a view of available reports based on the security privileges assigned the user opening the reports menu.
To access the reporting menu, click on the Reports option from the Main Menu on the left side of the web page.
This will open the Reports tab, displaying all available reports.
To view a specific report, click that report's tile to open filtering options and a preview of that report. This report will open within the Reports tab, only one type of report can be viewed at a time in the FieldPlus website.
Report Layout
- Menu Return - To close this report, click on the Menu Return Reports button. You can also close the reports tab and reopen it from the Main Menu.
- Report Preview - Based on the criteria selected the data for each report will appear in the Report Preview area. This data may be split into many pages based on the size of the report. Use the page controls to view various pages.
- Filter Criteria - Various filter options are available based on the type of report selected. Use calendar menus to select dates to filter by or Multiselect drop-down menus to select various options to filter by.
