Technicians have the ability to view past work orders associated with the job site when device is online.
1. From the home page, tap on either View Order/Open Order which redirects to the Customer information screen.
2. Tap on Work Order History button which opens another screen with all the previous work orders along with their Promised/Completed date as shown below.
3. The information shows all prior work assigned to the job site. This is useful when the technician needs to check work that was done on a prior visit to help with diagnosing any current issue they are having. Especially if the current issue is related to prior work done.
4. Tap on the ellipsis button to see the View PDF option. This will show all the information on the work order / invoice at the time it was created.
5. Tap on View PDF option opens the work order with complete details
6. Tap on X to close.
NOTE : This works only when the device is online.
